ABOUT PAULO BIBIANO
Hi! Welcome to PB Personal Training,
Let me introduce myself. I'm Paulo Bibiano. My passion is to help people getting fit and be(come) happy with themselfs. My interest in training started already when i was young.
I didn't feel comfortable with my body, felt thin and wanted to train to get bigger. I started to search for information...and as more information i found, as more questions i got. There was much more involved to get bigger, than only training. So i also invested a lot of time to search out information about nutrition, lifestyle, training and time scheduling. Now, that I have much more knowledge about different training methods and the human body, I am more interested to increase flexibility of the body, than only focus on gaining muscle mass.
I decided to start a PT course to get certified to also help other people who have the wish to change their body and wanted to get informed about the possibilities.
I choose to start the NASM Personal Trainer course, instead of other PT courses, because it was the most challenging course in the PT work field. I always liked to do sports. When i was young i always played football, different sports and always played outside in the woods and streets.
Now that I am a dad from my daughter Cloè :D, I havent got so much time anymore for sports as I had in the past, but still like to surf, skate and train in the gym myself!
Would you like me to help you to achieve your goal(s)?
Please contact me for an appointment.
