Personal Training

During the first appointment your Personal Trainer, Paulo Bibiano, will take a look at your mobility, bodyposture, strengths & weaknesess, medical information/history and personal goals. 

After this first session your Personal Trainer will set up a plan/structure for follow up trainingsessions to achieve your goals.

 

The Personal Trainer, Paulo Bibiano will train and motivate you so that you will sustain, your training will be fun and that you will see quick results!
